Shipping & Delivery

Free worldwide shipping
We offer free shipping on every order, to every country we deliver to. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no shipping fees added.

Where we ship to
We ship worldwide. If your country is available at checkout, we deliver there.

How long it takes
Processing: 1–3 business days from order.
Delivery: 7–14 business days once dispatched, depending on your location.

Our products are shipped directly from our supplier warehouses to keep costs low and pass the savings on to you as free shipping. Every order is tracked from dispatch to doorstep.

Customs and duties (non-EU orders)
For orders delivered outside the EU, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are not included in our prices.

Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived within a few hours of that email, check your spam folder before contacting us.

If something goes wrong
Parcel not arrived? Give it a few working days past the estimate — carriers occasionally run late — then email us at hello@getpetwell.com with your order number and we will chase it.

Parcel damaged? Photograph it before opening where you can, and email us within a few days of delivery.

Wrong address given? Tell us as fast as possible. Before dispatch we can usually fix it. After dispatch we usually cannot, and a redelivery may be chargeable.
